I went to London on Sunday 29 January, to see the Chinese New Year celebrations. I thought this would provide a good opportunity to capture some photos for the course to include entertainers, spectators and sellers, etc.
Unfortunately, I found it overall to be a little disappointing and very cold! The crowds were so large in Trafalgar Square that it was difficult to find a good vantage point and actually inhibited the capture of shots. There also didn’t seem to be as much to see as I had hoped but perhaps I was not in the right place at the right time.
However, I photographed what I could and was pleased with some of the images (not sure I have completely covered any particular project as a whole though!). I walked into Chinatown after a while and took some more shots there before I gave up and went for food!
